Give a person food, you feed them for a day...Teach them how to cook, you feed them for generations.

Canning Workshops - Learn safe and up-to-date canning practices:

• Aug 13: Water bath canning - peaches
• Aug 27: Water bath canning - pickles
• Sept 10: Pressure canning - tomatoes
• Oct 1: Water bath canning - plum jam
• Oct 15: Water bath canning - pears
• Nov 5: Christmas gifts - water bath canning - pepper jelly and cranberry sauce
